Promoting Mental Wellbeing Across Communities
The Federation of Indian Psychology believes that mental wellbeing is an essential part of a healthy and fulfilling life. Our focus is to promote greater awareness and understanding of psychological wellbeing and encourage communities to recognise the importance of emotional, social, and psychological health.
Through awareness programmes, educational initiatives, community engagement, and knowledge-sharing activities, we aim to make psychological knowledge more accessible and relevant to people from diverse backgrounds. We work towards creating conversations around mental wellbeing that are informed, inclusive, and free from unnecessary stigma.

Creating Awareness Through Psychology
Mental wellbeing is not limited to clinical settings. It is connected to our families, educational institutions, workplaces, relationships, and communities. By bringing psychological knowledge into these spaces, the Federation of Indian Psychology aims to encourage greater awareness and healthier approaches to wellbeing.
Our initiatives seek to bridge the gap between psychological knowledge and everyday life, while encouraging individuals to seek appropriate professional support when needed.
Our Vision
To build communities where mental wellbeing is understood, valued, and openly discussed, and where people have greater awareness of the psychological resources and support available to them.
Creating awareness. Encouraging understanding. Building healthier and more psychologically aware communities.
